Our Pricing Structure

All services are billed at $130 per hour and include a defined maximum number of hours ("capped hours"). Any work required beyond this allocation will be discussed and approved before additional charges are incurred to aid financial planning, service efficiency and value for your investment.

Service Hour Caps

For transparency, here are the capped hours for our services: CRM Setup (20/40 hours), CRM Health Check (6-hour blocks), CRM Improvement (20-hour blocks),  and BAU/Ongoing Support (Flexible).

For projects/BAU support that do not fit within the standard service hour caps, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
